All in all a cosy hotel and really great stay. Strategic location, nice hot breakfast and very pleasant staff. Late check-out was useful. Close to the beach that was sandy.

It had not so great views.

Our new favourite place to stay in Palolem. We were upgraded to palm queen room on check in. Host was great. The downtown is within 10 minutes' walk.

There was no tv.
